Thank You for making use of our Digitized order Forms. We have implemented these forms to give you the Client a better service
Please fill in the all the fields on the order form and make sure that your email is filled in correctly. When the form is complete please press the grey button "Submit Form". This will open an EMail message with an attachment, email adress filled in "email@example.com" and a subject line already filled in.
Send the email by pressing the send button. Please do not change anything on the email and please do not add any content or message in the email. The Form will then be sent to QPhoto and you will have an audit trail of exactly when the form was submitted. One of our friendly admin workers wil then confirm receipt of this order form and you will be sure that your order gets done on time.
